The Integral approach is based on Ken Wilber's insights that for change to be sustained, it must be engaged on more than just the cognitive level: it must engage a person or a system's interior and exterior, at the personal as well as the collective level. Coaching is an especially powerful strategy for high performers because it creates the space, confidentiality and privacy to deal with challenges that busy people keep putting off. It allows you to create the changes you'd like to see in your work and your life. Clients often report "unrelated changes" in creative, personal and financial goals in tandem with coaching work of this kind. There is no “one size fits all” Integral Coaching program. Once your goals are established you will receive a custom-designed development plan which will form the basis for a sustained coaching conversation.
